What is the maximum number of people allowed in the villa?
The maximum number of guests the villa sleeps is 12. There are 2 master bedrooms with en suite, 1 double room with bathroom across the hall, 2 twin bedded rooms with shared bathroom and 1 double sofa bed in the lounge.
Is smoking or pets allowed?
Smoking is only permitted outside the villa on the patio area. No pets are allowed in the villa (See Terms & Conditions for further info).
How far away are the main attractions?
The villa is only 12 miles from Walt Disney World. Sea World is 20 minutes away and Universal 25 minutes. All the main attractions are very easy to find from Walt's World.
Does the pool back on to other properties/walls etc.?
Yes, although the pool is very private and the garden is tropically landscaped with large palms and the pool enclosure has florida glass. It is also south facing so great to catch the sun all day long. The house is situated over 100ft from any properties at the rear.
How do we locate/enter the property?
Maps and directions from the airports will be emailed or posted to you before departure. The property has an electronic key pad located on the front door and the code will also be supplied before departure.
Will we have to bring bed linen/towels etc.?
The villa is fully equipped for all your likely holiday requirements. Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided. You will need to bring your own towels if you plan visiting any of the beaches.
Do you have any facilities for small children?
The villa comes complete with a cot (bedding supplied), stairgate, highchair and a pushchair. There is inflatable toys for the pool, and a fully equipped games room for older children.
Is the pool heated?
The pool can be heated (by agreement) for additional cost as indicated on the booking form. We would recommend pool heat from November through to March. The pool is heated to the maximum temperature allowed under Florida law (85°).
Are there stores near by?
The villa is 2 minutes drive from Publix (supermarket). There is also a Pappa Johns (fresh made pizza) very close by, which can provide free home delivery if required.
Are there any Restaurants nearby?
There is a complex with a wealth of restaurants, supermarkets and take-a-ways 5 minutes from Hampton Lakes. One of our favourite places to eat is Corrabbas (Italian Grill) a 10 minute drive.
Are there any medical services nearby?
There is a 24 hour pharmacy and walk in medical centre on Highway 27.
What services are provided?
The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and garden are tended to weekly. Hairdryers are provided and there is also a community area which is free to use.

The relevant phone numbers for the cleaning company, pool maintenance and Security Company etc will be provided in our Walt's World guide.
What little extras does the villa have?
The villa has a number of additional extras to make your stay more comfortable. These include Hairdryers, Baby equipment, travel adaptors, cool bags, CD's, DVD's, Books and Games.
How do we book?
Completing the downloadable on-line booking form is the most convenient way but you can also email/phone or write if you prefer. You can also check the availability of Walt's World by using the online availability calendar.
