Cindy We received your check returning our security deposit today. Thank you very much. We had a great time and enjoyed your home immensely. It was very hot at that time and the only minor complaint would be that the AC just could not keep it cool at night. However, that was no fault of yours and your agents were great at trying to help us get the temp down. When it is 104F outside, what can you do? You provided everything we needed and we all were impressed with the little touches that made it like being back home. My wife and I actually used the pool a few times and enjoyed it. Obviously the grown up kids and the little kids were in it a lot. The location was very convenient and we could quickly get almost anywhere. Thank you for your hospitality and the great value you provided. I have recommended your place to a number of people. hi cindy thanks for letting us use your lovely villa. your're right the photos don't do it justice. we had a fantastic holiday the villa had everything we could possible need. we only had two minor hiccups, on the day we arrived the air condtioning was not working properly but a quick phone call to Nobby got that rectified. two days into the holiday the washing machine stopped working but we managed to survive without it until the new part arrived 4 days later. i would certainly pass your house details onto friends and hope to be able to return to your villa in the not so distant future. thanking you once again for the use of you beautiful holiday home. regards elaine ps all the other information you gave us re car hire and park tickets was very helpful

30th June 2010 Dear Cindy and family WOW!!! What an amazing villa!! Flawless. There were nine of us (6 adults and 3 children 8,13 &17). One of the boys celebrated their 8th birthday here in the pool and learnt to swim. Everything was perfect and far exceeded our expectations. The pool, games room and TV were a hit with everyone (especially whilst the World Cup 2010 was on whilst here) Loved the lizard, cicadas and birds. Lovely little garden that screened us from the neighbours. Hot tub was a luxury and the chemicals were tolerable (considering I read earlier that you have changed to Bromine so it must have been far worse) The safe was missing it's handle which we reported. Kitchen, bathrooms and facilities generally were very comforatble. One criticism was downstairs double bed bedroom A/C happened to only work properly in the night on our last night (?) Barbeque was well used whilst we were here so back burners beginning to show wear and tear. Second master bedroom upstairs needs a bulb in the fan light. I accidentally went and bought coffee beans, got back home (villa) only to discover my mistake and was much relieved even to find a food blender in the cupboard so fresh coffee all round!! We loved the pool LED light which we learnt could be made to 'chase' with the correct flicking of the switch (There a knack!) Weather was good generally (couple of rainy thundery afternoons) but still managed to do the theme parks that we had planned. Lovely holiday - hope we've left everything the way it should be. Cindy, We had a great time visiting Sea World and Universal Studio. At the end of the day it was wonderful to come back to Walts World to relax. Hi Cindy Again thanks for the very good service you have provided. We returned form Florida a week ago, just in time before the vulcanic ash hit the UK. But let me say that we had a great holiday, and specially the stay at Walts World. Both me and my wife have lived in the US for about a year and have done a lot of travel arround diffrent states. This was our fourth visit to Florida, but the first time we stayed in a villa. And this will not be the last time we do that. It has been a plessure staying in Walts World. The house is very well maintained, and looks like a brand new house. The pool, spa, games room, everything was just tip top. The little problem we had with the food disposal in the kitchen was solved in less than 2 hours from I gave you a call. (I think it may have been our own fault, and I apolligize for that) But I must say that the very best have been the dedicated service you have provided. We will defintely recommend your house to everyone we know. And since we come from Denmark, you might get a few request from there. You are always welcome to use us as reference. Hi Cindy, We enjoyed our stay at your villa very much. The surrounding area and neighbourhood was picturesque and all amenities were close at hand. My 9 mths grand son was happy as you left the villa with everything he would need, stroller, high chair, cot, sheets and blankets and even a baby monitor. Although the weather was the coldest it has been in 21 years we still had a great time visiting the theme parks and watching some good films on the cable tv. It was great having internet access as I could keep in touch with the rest of the family on a daily basis and work, yes you heard right, work, lol The pool was sparkling clean and the laser lights looked great. Hi Cindy, Thanks for allowing us to use your place over the holidays. It was a hit! Everybody loved it and we have new converts in the family-rent a villa not a hotel room. The place was exactly as pictured but even better in person. The Christmas tree and welcome wreath were unexpected and much enjoyed. Of course the young set in our group lived in the game room. They always travel with their own Wii and PS3 gear, and with everything else already in that space, they were set. They loved it! Dear Cindy your villa was absolutely fabulous and since there was 10 of us we never got in each others way, we all had a fabulous time and we were swimming till 2am one night, it was so warm. We did have a problem with the doors, every time we opened one the alarm would go off and i would have to run and key in the number. Nobby changed it so a bell sounded which was no problem at all, the main tv kept going fuzzy and we had to pull out the plug to get the picture back which took 15mins every time, this happened quiet a lot also the main telephone didn't work so when the phone did ring we had to run to the bedroom to answer it (we never made it in time) and the door to the main bedroom does not work. i left a note for Nobby and Debbie so hopefully these little jobs should be fixed by now. Hi Cindy, Thanks so much for letting me know about the cheque. I must apologise for not having been in touch myself before now. When we got back from Florida we had a busy couple of weeks with GCSE results and my daughters returning to school and the various associated problems that always accompanies this! We really enjoyed our time at your villa-it is beautifully decorated and the TV and Games Room were a big hit. Unfortunately the weather was not great and the pool attracted quite a number of centipedes (at least I thinks that's what they were) which the girls were not too happy about!! The villa itself had everything we needed-the only slight problem (if you can call it that!) was the door alarm which goes off every time you go out to the pool-in the other villas we have stayed at that have an alarm, there is a button high up on the wall that you can press before you open the door which stops the alarm going off-this would have allowed my husband who is a very early riser, to sit by the pool and read his book before everyone else woke up, but he didn't want to go out early and wake us or the neighbours! However, thank you once again for letting us rent your lovely home at such short notice-we wish we could have stayed for longer! Great! That's fantastic. Actually, funny you should ask about the villa...we are not even there yet! My husband's vacation time got fooled up, so the friends who we booked with had to go for the first 2 weeks by themselves! That is why we are looking to get the housekeeping, because they will be there for 2 weeks before us, and we want to get everything freshened up for when we arrive, which will be the 12th. However, I have spoken to them every day, and they are totally in love with the villa, which I knew would happen! Thanks for your help. Hi Cindy, My parents had appreciated the villa because they can have their own privacy area if they get tired. And my father really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Finally, we brought 2 laptops and our kids were connected every evening to chat with their friends. The connection worked very well even with the 2 laptops at the same time. We were lucky to get the wireless internet before our arrival (our kids were splitted between the game room and the possibility of chatting with their friends – they were very busy during the evening ! ) The phone was used only for local calls and once again everything worked well. We are keeping a very good souvenir of our stay. Bruno

Hi Cindy, only few words to let you know how we appreciate our stay in your villa in Florida. Everything was perfect for everybody: the pool, the game room, all the bedrooms (including, of course, the spectacular master bedroom). We took profit of the weather as much as possible: we took all our diners outside. We never use the dining room (all the beautiful presentation on the table was kept intact). Hi Cindy, your home was wonderful. There was so much room for 4 adults and 5 teenagers. The games room was great, we never seen the boys. The pool temperature was perfect, I was in it morning and night, which is unusual for me. We did Universal, but we were quite content staying at the house. We really did love your home. The boys also enjoyed the volleyball court at the park. We could not of asked for a better holiday. The information books were helpful too. One thing I will mention is regarding beer bottle returns. We did not know what to do with them. I called the caretakers, but they did not get back to me, so we left them in the garage. I hope that was not a problem. But we did know where to take them. Hello Cindy, Yes we received the security bond late last week. Thank you for all you have done to make the rental process smooth. If you can provide one additional item of help. I think our daughters left a DVD by the name of The Secret of Nymh. If you can advise, I will forward money for shipping. In regards to the property, it was spectucular. We enjoyed the pool and the grill. The kitchen was a great gathering place. The family room off the kitchen was paticularly comfortable. The kids enjoyed the converted garage. I would recommend upgrading the full size bed to a queen next to the master. That room is an adequate size for a queen and would be much more comfortable for sleeping. We can't wait to return! Hi Shiz Thank you very much for you email and your comments, I have made a note of the phone, dryer and keypad, just to update you the battery was the problem on the keypad and this has been changed and the phone and dryer are to be checked, thanks again, obviously I need to know of any issues so I can deal with immediately. I do not usually supply soap or shampoo but I am looking into this, when I go to the house I usually stock up on the soap, bubble bath, washing powder etc and leave large bottles so things can be refilled, but I am looking into the maintenance staff stocking up for me. If you wish to go again I can supply a welcome pack via my management company but there is a small charge for this at present. I am very pleased you enjoyed your stay and any recommendations to family and friends most appreciated. I usually return the security bond within 3 weeks after checks and bills come in and this gives a little time for any issues to show up, I once returned a deposit very quickly and somehow the phone had been gotten around and I received a huge phone bill so the 3 weeks is just precaution. Cindy, We just back from our trip on Monday. The House was great. Just like it looked in the picture. Some comments as follows: - We did not get to the House till 11:00 PM. Our flight was late and we had to change our plans slightly - We left the House in the same condition as we found it. Clean and Neat. - We did not use the BBQ at all - We used the Pool and the Spa. The Pool heat was on when we got there and the water temperature was fine. The Spa was set at 100?F but was at a lower temperature of 91?F. So we set it on 103?F and after overnight it got up to 97?F - The Washer Dryer worked fine but the Dryer took too long to dry the clothes. We used the last of the soap for the Washing machine. When we got to the House there was no soap and Shampoo so we went to Walgreens to buy Soap and Shampoo at midnight. If we had known that there would be no Soap and Shampoo we would have brought it with us. - The Keypad on the door did not work. It looked like the battery was low or some other reason. So we used the Key to get in and out. I did call the number you gave me and informed them but the status did not change. - There was no dialing tone on the phone so we never used the phone. - Overall, it was great If we go to Orlando again, we will definitely give you a call. Once you have had a chance to check on the inventory position I would look forward to hearing from you regarding the security deposit. Shiz

Hi Cindy Your home is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. Everything that we used worked perfectly, the house was very clean and welcoming. The group all want to use it again the next time we go to Orlando. It was much better than the last home we rented. We left the towels in the dryer and sheets from beds that were used in basket as instructed. Put notes on the beds not used so the housekeep won't have to change them. Took the trash with us, it was only one very small bag. Your housekeeping service won't have to do much as we were not there very much. My husband and I were only able to use the hot tub spa once on Thursday night. Left eary and arrived back too late Friday night to do other than go to bed. Up early Saturday to leave for our meeting. Cindy, How could anyone fail to love your villa and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends and family. Its obvious how hard you must work to achieve and maintain the high standards we experienced. Think we're going to head to somewhere like the Canaries next year (can we take your villa with us??) and leave the hectic theme parks til 2008. Ribs still sore+ will be for 4-6 weeks! Didn't go to hospital till the day we came home (got a row from doctor there!) as i thought at first i was just bruised and winded! It also seemed more daunting to seek medical attention in USA than in UK so took lots of strong painkillers and got on with enjoying holiday! Cindy + family First I must apologise for not contacting you earlier - cant believe we've been home a week!! - but computer been playing up!! Just wanted to thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful villa. It was everything we could have hoped for. We had a fantastic, although hectic, holiday and only regret we could not spend more time enjoying the luxuries of your villa but with four kids our days (and nights) were spent mostly at the parks (with an occasional day shopping!). The kids loved the games room as it was an ideal place to chill out while the adults prepared for the rigours of the day. The pool was also a great hit with them and we often had to "drag" them out with bribes of we'd come back early and they could have a night time swim! In fact, when given the choice of going anywhere she wanted for her birthday, my friends daughter chose a day at the villa swimming and playing made-up games! Our only mishap was me falling down the stairs on the second night (NO alcohol involved!!!) and cracking two ribs which prevented me from experiencing most of the rides at the park, but even that couldn't spoil a wonderful holiday! ! It was a good excuse to sit in the hot tub at every opportunity to "soothe the pain"! The hot tub was definitely a lovely "extra" to have. It was our second visit to Florida and I'm sure we'll be back again in the near future. Your villa would be hard to top so no doubt you'll be hearing from us (think we'll do a "relaxing" beach holiday next year though!) requesting the pleasure of the use of your beautiful villa once more. Cindy, We returned from our two week holiday in your villa this morning. We had a wonderful holiday and thank you for allowing us to use it. We found it to be superbly appointed and in an excellent location. We had a wonderful holiday and found it to be perfect for two families. The weather was kind to us with us only seeing rain once in the evening during the whole two weeks. We replaced a couple of items during our stay. The bottle opener and a glass broke so we replaced those. We also found it impossible to get the ironing board down after using it the first time. I think a part just rusted underneath but we have purchased a new ironing board so the next guests would not be put out. The only other thing of note was that the Playstation does not seem to work. We are no experts and may have been getting something very simple wrong but the machine did not seem to read any of the games that you had provided. Anyway, thanks again. As i said we all had a wonderful holiday made special by the use of your wonderful villa. I look forward to receiving our ?200 deposit at your convenience. Kind regards

Good morning Cindy, I have been meaning to e-mail ever since we got back, but we went right back into the rat-race of work, and I have not had a chance until now. I just wanted to tell you how pleased we were with the villa. It was more than we had expected. It was absolutely perfect for us. The pool and the hottub were great! Thank you so much for letting us use it, please know that we took good care of it. The only thing was that my dad broke the clip on the hottub cover, which I am very sorry about. I did try and fix it, however, I think that the heat prevented the glue from sticking. I hope that it was not too much trouble to get repaired. Hopefully we will have the chance to do business again sometime. We would definitely stay at the villa again. Thank you for everything. You are a great person and your professionalism is fantastic. Cindy, Now that we are back at home and "expecting" SNOW tonight -- UCH!!, I just wanted to drop you a quick line and tell you how much we all enjoyed our stay at your Villa. We were all VERY pleased. It offered every amenity. The pool was great!. The big screen tv - also very relaxing to sit down and watch after a long day at the parks. My granddaughters loved their rooms as did my son and his wife. And the game room was great fun. It was wonderful having FOUR baths - not having to wait for one another to shower. It was everything we hoped and then some. The "shortcut" to Disney was WONDERFUL. And saved us a great deal of time. Hi Cindy, Really can't thank you enough for the fantastic holiday we had in your Villa. It was absolutely perfect, so spacious and bright and the room above the garage was great for my mother-in-law as it gave her a bit of space to herself. The kids loved the games room and my 5 year old keeps asking if we can go again tomorrow (wish we could). The standard of furnishings in the villa far exceeded our expectations and we have recommended it to all our family and friends. It was the perfect place to relax after a manic day at the parks. We managed 11 park trips in the 14 days, although we did visit Magic Kingdom 3 times. We hope to return to the villa in the future, sooner rather than later. Thanks again

Hi Cindy, Thought I would drop you an email to thank you for the use of your fabulous villa. We had a fantastic time and the weather was great. Started off badly with a delay in Edinburgh with us nearly missing our connection in Amsterdam (we made the flight but our luggage didn't). This was the only slight in an otherwise perfect holiday. Wanted to let you know that you have 3 chipped soup bowls (small ones), not sure if they were like that when we arrived as I only noticed on about day 3. Also your shower control in the master bedroom falls off - this was definitely like this when we arrived as was one of the handles in the "Pooh" bedroom (which looks as if someone has previously tried to glue). This isn't a complaint and didn't give us any problems at all but again I wanted to inform you just in-case you didn?t already know. We have already recommended your villa to numerous friends so hopefully you will get some more business from it and we will definitely be returning (although we perhaps won't be able to afford it for a couple of years.) Dear Cindy, Thank you for your note. We do want to let you know what a wonderful time we had at your villa. Richard and our son ,Dan, run our business, and our other son, Doug, who lives in Pensacola, Florida, helps with our graphics. Our trade show was that week in Orlando and your villa made it possible for us to combine work with longed-for family time.During the day, the men worked the trade show, while our 2 daughters-in-law and the 2 little cousins entertained Grandma (that's me) shopping and playing in the pool. That villa has probably seldom seen so much laughing and squealing. We even had turkey dinner together in the dining room! The villa is so well-equipped, the pool was wonderful, there were loads of dishes. (We had a bar-B-Q one evening for some business associates who were happy for a home-cooked meal.) The only utensil I could not locate was a potato pealer which is probably not in great demand. Intended to buy one and leave it there but ran out of time :):):) There were lots of sharp knives,anyway. It was great to have space for us to be together and yet each family had its own space. Thanks so much. We would love to do it again perhaps with our 2 daughters and their families. We did miss them. This worked so well for us, I wonder if you have thought of advertising this option through the convention centers. The trade shows go on in spite of wind and weather. The hotel rates are exhorbitant to exhibitors and the men love to go home to a "home" in the evening rather than a hotel room. It would have been difficult to do this with our little granddaughters using the hotels. We heard of this option through our daughter-in-law who had friends who did this. That led Karen (our daughter-in-law) to the web-site where she saw your villa and loved it and contacted us. We were already booked into a hotel but cancelled to try this option. We will certainly contact you if we have the chance to do this in the future. Our warmest wishes to you and your family at this blessed time of year. Hello Cindy Two apologies to start with; firstly sorry for not contacting you earlier, we came back to all sorts of computer problems and I couldn't access your contact details, more importantly I am really sorry about the breakage of the Pool bridge/spider, on our last day the children were playing and Dom put the bridge down and Emily stepped on it. She was mortified and it was too late to do anything about it. I hope it is not too difficult to replace. Secondly I just wanted to say thank you so much for letting us rent your wonderful home, we had a fantastic holiday and there was nothing more we could have wished for in your home, there was so much space to "do our own thing" that I'm sure it added fantastically to the lack of family disagreements through our stay.
